16 जुलाई को जयपुर की प्रथम महिला श्रीमती ज्योति खण्डेलवाल-महापौर ने महाराज श्री के दर्शन कर आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया। उसी दिन तेरापंथ संघ के मंत्री राजेन्द्र बांठिया ने आपके दर्शन किये एवं आपको संघ में आने का निमंत्रण दिया।

17 जुलाई को जयपुर के विधायक मोहनलाल गुप्ता ने आप से आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया एवं जैन समाज को धार्मिक अल्पसंख्यक का दर्जा दिलाने के संदर्भ में चर्चा की। सुबोध शिक्षा समिति के अध्यक्ष नवरत्न मल कोठारी ने जैन एकता के लिये किये गये प्रयासो की सराहना की। साथ ही उन्होने इस संबंध में आपसे विस्तृत विचार विमर्ष किया। प्रो. चैनसिंह बरला, जैन आगम विशेषज्ञ सुरेन्द्र बोथरा एवं जैन इतिहासज्ञ डा शिवप्रसाद ने प्रस्तावित जैन विश्वविद्यालय की रूपरेखा से अवगत कराया ।पद्मभुषन देवेन्द्र राज मेहता एवं उनके साथ पधारी दो अमेरिकी महिला श्रीमती एरिका एवं सुश्री क्लेयर ने आपके दर्शन किये एवं जीवदया के संबंध मे किये जाने वाले कार्यो के लिये आपसे मार्गदर्शन एवं आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया।  इन्डियन एक्सप्रेस के श्री नवरत्न दूगड ने भी महाराज श्री से आशीर्वाद  प्राप्त किया। 18 जुलाई को रामानन्द समुदाय के संत स्वामी हनुमद्दास जी महाराज पधारे एवं गौवंश संरक्षण संवर्धन के संबंध मे आपसे विचार विमर्ष किया। महाराज श्री के अनन्य भक्त राजस्थान पुलिस के महानिरीक्षक गौतम राज भंसाली ने भी आज आप मुनियों के दर्शन लाभ प्राप्त किये.

जयपुर के अतिरिक्त जोधपुर, भीलवाडा, केकडी, कलकता, बिकानेर, मुम्बई, रतलाम, इन्दौर आदि विभिन्न स्थानों के यात्री आपके दर्शनार्थ लगातार पधार रहे है।

Jin Dutt Suri Swargavas Diwas on July 19

Sri Jin Dutt Suri, first Dadagurudev had left for his heavenly abode on Ashadh Shukla Ekadashi, Samvat 1211 at Ajmer. His Swargavas Diwas has been falling on July 19, 2013.

Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur will celebrate the day in the auspices of PP Mahopadhyay Lalitprabh Sagar Ji, Chandraprabh Sagar Ji, Shantipriya Sagar Ji Maharaj Sahab. Reverend Jain monks will address the audience at Shivjiram Bhavan at 9 AM.

There will be chanting of Guru Ikteesa and devotional songs after Pravachan. All are cordially invited.

Yugapradhan Dada Sri Jin Dutt Suri is the foremost among all Jain Acharya who converted more than one lakh thirty thousand non vegetarians in to vegetarians. He was instrumental in establishing several Gotras to spread Oswal community of Swetambar Jain. He belonged to Khartar Gachh and was disciple of Acharya Ballabh Suri. Second Dadaguru manidhari Jin Chandra Suri was his direct descendant.

PP Mahopadhyay Lalitprabh Sagar Ji, Chandraprabh Sagar Ji, Shantipriya Sagar Ji Maharaj Sahab belong to the same Khartar Gachh and are successors of traditions of Dadagurudev. They have done wonderful job for Jain unity this year along with Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur.

Jaipur created history in Jain unity

Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur initiated Jain unity

Jaipur, the Pink city has created history in Jain unity on July 14, Sunday when both Digambar and Shwetambar Jain saints delivered joint speeches at Badi Choupad. Shwetambar Jain (Khartar Gachchh) saints PP Mahopadhyay Lalitprabh Sagar Ji, Chandraprabh Sagar Ji, Shantipriya Sagar Ji Maharaj and Digambar Jain saint PP Tarunsagar Ji Maharaj had a joint Chaturmas Pravesh. Few other monks and nuns also participated in the event.

It was a rainy day and Jaipur was facing heavy rainfall. 3 inches of rainfall recorded in that afternoon. Rain stopped at around 5.15 and PP Mahopadhyay Lalitprabh Sagar Ji et al started from Mahavira Swami Swetambar Jain temple (Multan Mandir) where as PP Tarunsagar Ji  started from Baradia colony simultaneously. Both met at Ramniwas garden where from procession started. There was a large crowd waiting at every corner of the road to join historic procession.

Chaturmas entrance procession moved through New gate, Choura Rasta, Tripolia and reached to Badi Choupad where a large crowd of devotees were waiting to listen these three great orator Jain saints. They wanted to be witness of the historic event of Jain Unity.

Mahendrajit Singh Malaviya, Panchayati Raj Minister was walking all along with the procession. He delivered his speech to welcome all saints from Rajasthan government. Renowned play back singer Ravindra Jain was singing devotional songs to welcome Jain unity. However, public was eager to listen the Jain monks.

Shwetambar Jain (Khartar Gachh) monk PP Chandraprabh Sagar started speaking and told about the historic event. He urge everyone to take this unity with a positive mindset and to ignore all small differences. Digambar Jain Muni Tarunsagar Ji maharaj told that this is like BJP and Congress are united. Shwetambar Jain nuns (Tapagachh) PP Narendra Sri Ji MS were also present.

N K Sethi, President, Mahendra Surana, Secretary and Manak Kala, convener, Tarunsagar Chaturmas Samiti: Manak Chand Golechha, President and Jyoti Kothari, Secretary, Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur were standing behind all these saints.

The procession moved through Johari Bazar and entered into Gheewalon Ka Rasta where Tapagachh nuns entered into their Chaturmas place Atmanand Sabha Bhavan.  PP Mahopadhyay Lalitprabh Sgar Ji et al proceeded from there for Darshan at Sri Suparshvanath Swami temple and then to Shivjiram Bhavan.

Muni Chandraprabh Sagar addressed the audience at Vichakshan Bhavan opp to Shivjiram Bhavan. He told that they have come to awake the people regardless of cast, creed and religion. Jyoti Kothari informed that they are getting support from all corners and blessings from various Jain monks and nuns (all sects). He told that he is overwhelmed with this support and blessings and urge everyone to act to spread the message of Jain unity.

He informed that there would be joint Pravachan of these three great orator Jain saints at SMS Investment ground, Rambagh circle, Jaipur from July 21 to September 1, 8.45 AM to 10.15 AM. All are invited.

Khartar Gachchh Sangh met Lalitprabh and Tarunsagar

Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh met Mahopadhyay Sri LalitprabhSagar Ji, Chandraprabh Sagarji and Digambar Jain Muni Tarunsagarji yesterday to discuss Chaturmas issues. The deligation was comprised of Sangh President Manak Chand Golechha, Jyoti Kothari, Secretary, Mohanlal Daga, Tresurer and Sohanlal Surana, Mahesh Mahamwal executive members.

Mahopadhyay Sri LalitprabhSagar Ji and Chandraprabh Sagarji were in Kishangarh. Both the great orator monks delivered their Pravachan on Saturday and Sunday at local K D Jain institute. Thousands of spectators were present to listen their talks on positivism. Khartar delegation was also part of the listeners on Sunday.

Both the monks have proceeded from Kishangarh yesterday evening. They will reach Dudu tomorrow and leave from there on Wednesday. Both the monks will reach Jaipur by July 13 and stay at Aradhna Bhavan, Shyamnagar.

The Khartar Sangh delegation also met Muni Tarunsagar at Jhag near Mouzamabad and discussed issues related to joint Pravesh and joint sermons. It is worth noted that Khartar Gachchh Sangh has extended hands for Jain unity and Pravachan of above mentioned saints will be organized jointly at SMS investment ground from July 21 to September 1, 2013. Jaipur Pravesh ceremony will be organized in form of a procession starting from Ramniwas Bagh at 4 PM, July 14, Sunday.  Monks and nuns from most of the Jain sects will take part in this procession.

All are requested to join the procession and speeches.

ललितप्रभ चन्द्रप्रभ सागर जयपुर चातुर्मास प्रवेश १४ जुलाई

महोपाध्याय श्री ललितप्रभ सागर जी महाराज एवं श्री चन्द्रप्रभ सागर जी महाराज का जयपुर चातुर्मास प्रवेश १४ जुलाई को होगा. यह प्रवेश असाधारण एवं अत्यन्य महत्वपूर्ण है. जैन संतो का महामिलन होगा यह प्रवेश.
श्वेताम्बर जैन समुदाय के विभिन्न वर्गों के संतों के साथ दिगंबर जैन मुनि श्री तरुन्सागर जी महाराज भी इस प्रवेश में सम्मिलित होङ्गे.

प्रवेश की शोभा यात्रा १४ जुलाई सायं ४ बजे रामनिवास बाग से प्रारंभ हो कर चौडा रास्ता, त्रिपोलिया होते हुए बड़ी चौपड़ पहुचेंगी जहाँ पर संतो का सामूहिक उद्वोधन होगा। यहाँ से सम्पूर्ण जैन समाज की एकता का सन्देश दिया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर प्रसिद्द संगीतकार रवीन्द्र जैन के भी आने की सम्भावना है। वे बड़ी चौपड़ पर भजनों के माध्यम से भक्ति रस की गंगा बहायेंगे।

महोपाध्याय श्री ललितप्रभ सागर जी महाराज एवं श्री चन्द्रप्रभ सागर जी महाराज के चतुर्मास के आयोजक श्री जैन श्वेताम्बर खरतर गच्छ संघ, जयपुर हैं एवं दिगंबर जैन मुनि श्री तरुन सागर जी महाराज की अलग चतुर्मास समिति बनी है। दोनों आयोजकों ने मिल कर साथ चलने का फैसला किया एवं उसी के अनुरूप व्यवस्थाएं की गई। दिगंबर एवं श्वेताम्बर दोनों जैन समाजों की सक्रीय भागीदारी एवं मुनियों की परष्पर सहमति ने जैन एकता की यह दास्ताँ लिखी है.

इस अवसर पर तपागच्छ संघ की पूज्य साध्वीजी महाराजों की सहमति भी प्राप्त हो गई है एवं तेरापंथ व स्थानकवासी समुदाय से भी सहमति मिलने के प्रयास किये जा रहे है।  जैन एकता की इस नई लौ को प्रज्वलित करने एवं उसे बनाये रखने के लिए मुनियों के प्रवेश में आप सभी सादर आमंत्रित हैं।

Khartar Gachh Sangh extends hands for Jain unity

Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachh Sangh, Jaipur have extended their hands for Jain unity. The matter was decided in the executive committee meeting of the Sangh yesterday. The meeting was held to decide issues of Shwetambar- Digambar Jain saints' joint Chaturmas.

It is a well known fact that Khartar Gachh Sangh, Jaipur is organizing Chaturmas 2013 of great orator saints Mahopadhyay Sri Lalitprabh SagarJi Maharaj and Sri Chandraprabh SagarJi Maharaj. They had to stay at Shivjiram Bhawan/ Vichakshan Bhawan, Johri Bazar and deliver their speeches at Dashara Maidan, Adarshnagar.

Similarly Digambar Jain saint Muni Tarunsagar Ji Maharaj is also observing his Chaturmas in Jaipur. Both Khartar Gachh Sangh, Jaipur and Muni Tarunsagar Ji Chaturmas Samiti were trying for a joint Chaturmas to promote Jain unity based on a common program. Both group of saints arrived in consensus after few meetings with members of both the organizing committee.

An executive committee meeting of Khartar Gachh Sangh was called to decide the matters and issues. Several other prominent members of the Khartar Sangh including Sri Vimal Chand Surana, convener, Chaturmas samiti; Sri Prakash Lodha, Ex vice president of the Sangh, Anup Parakh, Ex joint secretary, Sri Vijay sacheti, Sri Hemchand Choradia, Sri Girdharilal Tank also attended the meeting.

Sri Mahendra Surana, Secretary, Sri Manak Kala, convener, and Sri Sumer Bothra, Executive member, Tarunsagar Chaturmas Samiti joined the members present and requested them to join hands. All they members discussed the issues and came to an agreement. The meeting passed resolution unanimously to go ahead.

There will be a joint entry to the Pink city on July 14, 2013. The procession will start from Ramniwas garden at 4 PM and proceed through Choura Rasta, Lal Bhawan, Tripolia towards Manak choupad. The procession will proceed from Badi Choupad after a short meeting there and will be completed at sanganeri gate via Atmanand Sabha Bhavan, Gheewalon ka rasta, Vichakshan Bhavan and Milap Bhavan. Monks and nuns from different sects of Shwetambar and Muni Tarunsagarji from Digambar Jain community will join the procession. It will be a great message of Shwetambar and Digambar Jain unity.

Mahopadhyay Sri Lalitprabh SagarJi Maharaj and Sri Chandraprabh SagarJi Maharaj of Khartar Gachchh and Digambar Jain Muni Tarunsagar ji will deliver Pravachan alternatively from July 21 to September 1 at SMS investment ground opposite Rambagh Palace hotel. The Sangh agreed to replace Pravachan place from Dashara ground. The Pravachan ground is far away from Shivjiram Bhavan. Hence, daily journey will not be possible for Sri Lalitprabh SagarJi Maharaj and Sri Chandraprabh SagarJi Maharaj from Shivjiram Bhawan. It was decided in the meeting that they will stay somewhere else near SMS investment ground. It was a big issue. However, Khartar Gachchh Sangh has generously permitted to stay outside Shivjiram Bhawan/ Vichakshan Bhavan for the greater cause of Jain unity.

Let us hope for a grand and historic Chaturmas where great orator saints of both Digambar and Shwetambar Jain community will deliver their speeches from a common platform. This is happening first time in the history that saints of both the community will deliver their great speeches for such a long time (41 days).

Preparing list of Khartar Gachchh Dadabadi

Dadagurudevs are reverend Jain saints famous worldwide. There are four Dadaguru Dev Sri Jin Dutt Suri, Sri Manidhari Jin Chandra, Suri Sri Jin Kushal Suri and Sri Jin Chandra Suri belonging to Khartar Gahcchh of Jain Shwetambar. People worship them with great devotion. Temple like places to worship Dadagurudev is called Dadabadi. Dadabadis are treasures of rich heritage.

Ajmer, Mehrouli (Delhi), Malpura and Bilada are the four main Dadabadis representimg 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th Dadagurudevs respectively.

There are many other Dadabadis are spread India wide. Akhil Bharatiya Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Mahasangh have decided to prepare a list of all such Dadabadis.Mahasangh has requested JainResearch and Study Center managed by Sri Jain Swetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur to prepare the list.  

Hence, we have started preparing the list. Please inform us about Jain dadabadi wherever it may be with its name, address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail address, contact persons etc. It will be a great contribution towards Jain community. It will be better if you can provide photographs, establishment date or year etc.  Please provide us with as much information as you can.

This list may take a shape of directory that will immensely help pilgrims, tourists and all Jain people at large.
