Stone laid in Rishabhdev Adinath Katla Mandir


Stone laid in Rishabhdev Adinath Katla Mandir yesterday May 12, 2013. Sri Rishabhdev Adinath temple commonly known as Katla Mandir is an old temple in Agra road, Jaipur. The temple was a Ghar dehrasar built by Deewan Nathmalji Golechha family in Samvat 1999.

Pravartini Sadhvi Sri Sajjan Sri ji, a housewife of the family initiated (Deeksha) and the temple was established on the same day. Golechha family donated this temple to Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur later on. Since then Khartar Sangh is managing this temple.

Sadhwi Sri Shashiprabha Sri Ji, pupil of late Sajjan Sriji wanted a grand temple and Dadabadi in place of a Ghar Dehrasar to pay homage to her Guruni Ji. She motivated Sri Narendra Golechha of the same family who agreed to build a new gorgeous temple there.  Sri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur gladly permitted to the wish and Bhoomi Poojan of the same took place on April 26, 2013.

Yesterday, on May 12, 2013 Shilanyas (Laying stone) was performed in the auspices of Khartar monk Sri Maitriprabh Sagar ji, Nun sri Shashiprabha sri Ji and Suyasha sri ji et al.

Sona Chand Baid, Azimganj laid the main stone along with her wife. Khartar Sangh felicitated him with rajasthani turban. Manak Chand Golechh, President, Khartar Sangh, Jyoti Kothari, secretary, Rajendra Bhansali, Cultural secretary, Kushal Chand Surana, former President and Navratanmal Shrishrimal, former secretary were present among dignitaries.
