Remove names of Kataria and Patni from CBI Charge sheet

Memorandum to remove names from CBI charge sheet 
Today we have handed over a Memorandum today to the Hon'ble President of India against CBI supplementary charge sheet (Sh Vimal Patni and Sh Gulabchand Kataria) to Sri T. Ravikant, collector of Jaipur. CBI has filed a supplementary charge sheet against both this honorable persons of Jain community in Sohrabuddin encounter case after eight years of the incident. All the sects of Jain communities decided in a meeting held at Shivjiram Bhawan, HQ Of Shri Jain Shwetambar Khartar Gachchh Sangh, Jaipur to oppose this.  

Leaders of all sects including our President Manakchand Golechha, Rakesh Munot, Secretary, Tapagachchh Sangh, Manak Kala, convener, Tarunsagar Chaturmas samiti, Vimal Daga, Secretary, Sthanakvasi Sangh, Padam Chand Jain, International secretary, IJVO,  Surendra Jain, editor, Good Morning India, Kaushal Kishor Jain, ex MLA, Devendra Malu, President, Jain Yuva Parishad, Vishwas Gothi,  Vivek Kala, Manoj Patni, Suraj Nowlakha, Rajendra Lunawat, Ravindra Choraria, Vikas Kothari etc were present at Collectorate with crowd of Jain community. 

 Executive members of our Sangh Prakash Banthia, Vimal Bhandari, Padam Chowdry and Smt. Amita Bhandari were also present there. 

Several reporters of print and electronic media were present there to cover the event. Every body has unanimously demanded to remove both these names from charge sheet.

It is worth noted that the court has granted interim bail for Gulabchand Kataria upto June 14. He has to appear before the special court at Mumbai on June 4, 2013.
